      Pros

      Working with PLDT is very challenging. They gave you flexibility in handling task at hand. Giving full support to finish job and completing the project by attending seminars and training. Management is open to innovations.

      Cons

      colleague have good relationship with one another but management does not care about their employees. Benefits and increase in salary are good however the starting offer is low.

      The company provides good amount of bonuses every year.

      Cons

      It's frustrating to see underqualified individuals being promoted, not because of merit or performance, but due to their tendency to overly flatter or align themselves with higher-ups. It undermines morale and devalues the efforts of those who work hard based on skill and integrity.
