Pros
PLDT has been winning in the telecommunication industry in the Philippines for a couple of decades already. PLDT has been consistent in the competition against other telecom players, which allows them to have much higher revenues.
Cons
PLDT has been recently suffering budget issues on its project expansions nationwide due to the impact of the pandemic. It affected employees' role stabilities, wherein a lot of positions were shuffled and re-organization was clearly seen from top management up to entry-level subordinates.
