Pros

-Not being Micromanaged -1 hour break, 30 minutes paid -Paid Holidays if you work on day of holiday

Cons

-Terrible Management -Poor Communication -Management is Not Collaborative with departments -Will terminate you without warning -Escorts you off property like a criminal, I've seen it happen many times -Unprofessional leadership -Rude and Snarky remarks and disputes by higher staff in front of new employees -Extremely high turnovers, they cannot keep people at this agency -Passive Aggressive Atmosphere -They don't really care about their workers -They are quite unorganized -They do not actually invest in keeping up with client files and need for support systems -Hires under false pretenses -More money-driven than community focused -Looks better on the outside but is very dysfunctional on the inside -There is a glass ceiling -You can't eat or drink anywhere but break room -The place is ran by the people that own it who essentially are over the HR -Zero stars
