Incredibly rare to find a company that promotes a positive working environment and an "open door policy" and actually follows-through with such claims. Never have I gone into work dreading walking through the doors or logging on. The positive and compassionate culture empowers me to want to work harder and learn.
Everyone has the common goal to want to take it to the next level which makes it refreshing.
From the top down it has always been communicated that if we want to understand or are interested in a different department, to just ask.
This past year the entire company (no matter what department or role) was invited to be a part of Business Planning (beginning to end) for the upcoming year which shows transparency and communication this company firmly believes in.
PLAYSTUDIOS gives me a sense of inclusion and I’m proud to call my coworkers, aka playMAKERS, my company family.
Cons
Due to the pandemic, working from home comes with its challenges and I'm looking forward to getting back to the office and working side by side with everyone.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experiences. We really do mean it when we say it's okay to speak up and talk to someone, anyone, with concerns. We welcome both positive and critical feedback from our playMAKERs, because you all make us better. We are definitely looking forward to throwing open our studio doors and welcoming everyone back.
