I always had PLATFORM in my scope, since I knew they are on the top in what they do. Just few weeks ago, I applied for an open position and got a chance to start working here, and I am enjoying the ride so far. - Very positive work environment. Team chemistry just works. Despite the rising trend of hybrid approach for mobile development, we stick to native development, which is beneficial for both the devs and quality of the final project. - Opportunity to learn. I work closely with our CTO who is very down to earth and gladly helps all the devs in finding the most effective ways to get the projects done. - Focus on quality. While challenging, the focus on quality is great for both the final product and your personal improvement. I regularly ask for code checks and discuss UX/UI with our designers, which helps with keeping the quality high. - Exciting projects. You get to work on significant projects for large companies from all around the world.

- Sometimes, the deadlines are just too tight and you have to work longer, splitting your time and focus between multiple projects, which can be a bit frustrating.
