      Great training, opportunity to move up fast, great managing, employee orientated, open to innovative processes and ideas, flexible work schedule, benefits, 2 great locations,

      Cons

      Hourly pay. It's great when the industry is booming but I find myself searching for tasks to keep myself busy. There is also a the wage cap.
