A little crowded but not bad

This is a great company ! I started here in 1993 when we had 8 employees. My first job was cleaning a restroom so you could say it was been a long journey with a lot of growth since then. We are over 100 employees strong and as a team we have served our customers and each other in way that allowed us to make through some challenging times. As General Manager I am very proud of what we have accomplished together with hard work and the desire to do a good job. People make the difference and I have learned that together we make an amazing team. Not everyone has the same experience or perspective but from my vantage point our track record is not reflected by 10 reviews on Glassdoor at all. Its reflected in the 1000's of hours I have spent building relationship with our team members and the consistent feedback I get. Bottom line the owner and leader of our company we work for is a good man . I would not stay here for 31 years if he was the person depicted in these negative reviews. With that said I rated our company 4 stars because I think there is always room for growth and improvement. We strive to be better together

If you are looking for a place to "chill out" and take it easy, this isnt the place for you. If you dont work well with others and like to make your owns rules and grade yourself.. skip it :)
