PIRCH is a great place to work. I've been working at headquarters for over a year and have had the opportunity to work with and learn from amazing individuals across different departments & showrooms. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement and career growth as long as you're motivated. I've had the chance to work directly with the executive team on many occasions - unheard of for someone new in their career. The leadership team is great, they really take care of their employees.
