As a student, I worked part-time at the ISU Bone Center location in Normal IL from 2014-2016. They were very flexible with my schedule since I was a student and worked part-time. Out of all my part-time jobs being a student, working at PIP was the best. It was on campus so getting to and from work was walking distance. I could easily come and go before or after class when needed. It's a small office so working with 2-4 other employees at a time was very manageable. The work load was very versatile. Some days or hours of the day would be constant non-stop work and others was very calm where I could pace myself with work loads.
Cons
Because I worked part-time the pay was minimum wage. Even working for more than 6 months to my 1 year anniversary I was denied a raise. It was also rare if I worked more than 12 hours a week. Depending on your student schedule this could be a pro, but I wanted more hours as much as possible and I wasn't scheduled as many hours as I would have liked.
