      Pros

      Pay is great. Most of your colleagues have top tier backgrounds such as education, prior experience, etc. Newport Beach is a beautiful place to live.

      Cons

      Wear body armor to work as you will repeatedly be stabbed in the back. This statement should not surprise anyone, you come to PIMCO to trade and make money. It is not a place to come and make friends.

      Culture is a bit...stiff. If you're into partying and having fun, leave it at the door. Don't tell anybody anything or act uncouth. Just be professional 25/7 when there
