Easy to request paid time off.

Too much remote working. Hard to work with others who may not have the same commitment to working hours.

Not many. Made a pseudo smart investment in a CPE firm that has turned out ok for now. Staff gets emerged in many roles in a short period of time. Remote work is the norm.

Misguided leadership. Betting on the wrong grow engines fornthe future. CEO is disconnected from the daily business. To much turnover, chaos, and fear for and strategic plans to take root. And, unfortunately, sometimes a lack of integrity.
