Well paid salary, opportunity to work from home, good benefits eg purchase additional holiday days, supportive HR team (however too little too late)
Cons
One rule for one rule for another. Toxic leadership, degrading and belittling, inappropriate conduct within the office regarding personal matters that should not be shared without consent especially within open plan setting, unbalanced workload, reluctance to change inadequate processes. Lack of confidentiality, burnout, lack of team morale.
