      Not much room for advancement; no 401K company contribution; no pay increases over the years; challenging bonus structure

      Pros

      The people were great. Lots of creative and fun individuals.

      Cons

      Pay was pretty poor. The only good thing is you can move to almost any other company and make more money.

      Pros

      - Nice coworkers - Holiday and sick time/hybrid schedule

      Cons

      - Low pay - Lack of creativity. - Idiotic management that has nothing better to do than pace around all day. (literally they never stop walking around because they have no actual work to do). - Just surprise laid off around 8 people with no warning effective immediately. (Some of which they hired only a couple months ago). Did not warn any of us either or provide any support in transitioning that workload. - Does not value you as a human being.
