PI may not be the best place to work for Manager and above level specially in services (i.e. Admin, HR, IT, Accounts) because from this level MD of this company manages resources at micro level which is resulted in to very political environment. Old employees (Most of them) are incompetent but only informers of MD. For an individual who is looking for professional and learning environment should avoid this company. Hiring and firing is very very often in this company.
