Pros
- Offers relative freedom to conduct business as you see fit - Stable company that offers job security - Attempt to offer financial tools / resources for employees - IT support is great - Offices are modern and generally nice
Cons
- Basic benefits and payout structure doesn't impress - The competency of the back-office varies greatly - Non-existent support for business expenses/support with employees expected to pay out of pocket for everything - Brand recognition is low outside of BC and little is done to advertise the company
