Pros

There's no good reason to work here, it's a scam.

Cons

This place is clearly trying to erase anyone who says they're a scam, but they're absolutely a MLM/pyramid scheme. You shouldn't have to pay money to start working anywhere. $200 "application fee"? Give me a break. They treat it like a cult and rope people in with this fun culture attitude and take advantage of desperate people. It's heinous. They then try and silence anyone who speaks out against them. This "company" is a total scam, don't fall for it.

Pros

• Unlimited earning potential – there is no income ceiling. Your compensation is directly tied to your effort, consistency, and performance. • Merit-based rewards – promotions, bonuses, and recognition are earned, not based on tenure or favoritism. • Entrepreneurial environment – great for self-starters who want to build something of their own rather than climb a traditional corporate ladder. • Scalable business model – income can grow significantly over time as you develop skills, clients, and leadership. • Faster long-term income growth potential – while not instant, the upside can exceed most traditional salaried roles remind of same pay year after year. • Training & mentorship available – access to leadership, systems, and personal development if you’re willing to apply what’s taught.

Cons

• Not ideal for immediate full-time income – leadership typically recommends starting part-time until you build consistent production and stability. • Requires patience and delayed gratification – results compound over time; people looking for quick or guaranteed paychecks may struggle. • High personal accountability – success depends heavily on self-motivation, discipline, and follow-through. • Entrepreneurial pressure – there is no salary safety net; income fluctuates, especially early on. • Not for everyone – individuals who prefer structured hours, fixed pay, or minimal risk may find this challenging.
