Good place to learn and express bold, unconventional designs and concepts. Very understanding managers, and flat hierarchy, makes it easy to approach even the top brass in the company.
Cons
No conventional training programme, have to learn by yourself and take risks. A bit difficult to exhange information and gain knowledge if you don't know chinese.
