      Lots of great talent and benefits

      Cons

      Company uses old-school strategies and very behind with SAAS transformation. Old boys' club. Middle management and senior management are full of big egos and do not care about their staff. Junior executives and coordinators are underappreciated despite the amount of work they put into.

      Great benefits and company culture. It was the premier provider of conferencing during that time.

      Was sold and eventually went out of business due to increased competition.
