Lots of red tape and reduction in force every few months.

Team focused. Supports employee growth. Many training opportunities. Competitive pay. Provides shirts and safety shoes. Has an onsite cafeteria, gym, clinic, and daycare center.

Shop noise permeates many areas of the offices and the cafeteria. Banging, grinding, and screeching all day long. It's hard to get away from it. At least you're allowed to wear earbuds in some areas.
