      good training if you want to work in CRE specifically

      Cons

      Very corporate environment, you are placed in a specific role and transitioning within the company is possible but very difficult. Promotions and bonuses are very structured and not flexible. Pay is low compared to market. Very male dominated especially on equity transactions.
