Pros

Working from home is great

Cons

Production is unrealistic but think they did us a favor by lower it Supervisors never actually give an answer to a question they ask questions and thing calling the insurance company is always the answer and even when you do and they dont like the response they tell you to push back There are so many other things I could say but no one cares

Pros

New training program is really good, supervisors are really helpful, lots of job aids and extra review time to help learn. The new leadership has changed a lot so we can be remote. Schedule is flexible and supervisors work with you as long as you let them know you need to make up time. If you do your job they leave you alone. Everyone is really nice and my team lead is amazing.

Cons

Only con is the pay could be better but my raise was nice. The insurance isn’t good this year. All the other benefits are normal. Everything else is fine, no complaints. The negative reviews about production and leadership are probably coming from people not very good at their jobs. The quota is the same as my last job and not that hard to hit.
