      Horrible, clique, ownership by a family who brings their own unskilled workers that you are forced to hire.

      Ouch. Our company believes that talent knows talent and we encourage referrals of friends and family. We hire for attitude, skill, ethics and culture. For almost 50 years we have been an EO employer and maintain a long line of highly successful key employees with the utmost integrity. We were even voted as A Great Pace to Work by our employees.       Pros

      Great support, awesome culture, lots of ways to grow within the company, incredible mission.

      Cons

      Wish more people knew how important it is to have insurance and protect their families. PFP does a great job of educating but it can be hard when many customers say "no".
