      Pros

      PFP is very attentive to it's employees. It's constantly striving to improve the products and services provided to Credit Union membership across all platforms.

      Cons

      Personally, I have not found a downside to working at PFP, yet. Otherwise, I would not be at the company this very long.

      Pros

      Great support, awesome culture, lots of ways to grow within the company, incredible mission.

      Cons

      Wish more people knew how important it is to have insurance and protect their families. PFP does a great job of educating but it can be hard when many customers say "no".
