Pros
Felt like I was helping the community. Great managers of the event. Organized great speakers for the event. Continues to do political work and made the first pride at Columbia possible. Lovely people to work with and join groups associated with them if you're LGBTQ or an ally.
Cons
Walkie talkies did not work after a certain point or they just stopped talking to us. Did not receive word for what to do once our job essentially was over. Spent most of the time waiting.
