Pros
It's a job. Pay is not very good so only apply if you live with parents and don't have bills to pay.
Cons
Low pay, poor benefits, no salary increase to even keep up with cost of living. Making same pay as when I started 6+ years ago. There is no incentive to do more than the minimum to keep the job. Good entry level job to get experience but I would stay clear if looking for a career. Mad at myself for being here as long as I have. High turnaround. Always looking for techs to replace the ones who leave for better opportunities.
