Pros

- Pension - Holidays are Flexible (Banks Hoildays, 24 days Annual Leave, Including Force Majeure, Parenting Leave, Jury Duty & Funeral Leave) - Laya Health Care Plans. - Access to Learn Portal Courses (Cisco, Mircosoft, Docker, AWS Cloud, ITIL & More) Training + Course will be sorted by the Company. - Great Company to learn as much you can from the people onsite.

Cons

- Pay is painfully low, for what you do and the Equipment you install and look after is very pricey and requires high levels of Concentration and Responsibly as you are working within active Building Site. - At times you'll be either so stressed or burned out from this job to point, you'll need very long holiday to ground yourself and relax. - By far the biggest downside is you are not employee of PFH, you are asset like a tool in a toolbox and they will treat you as such. you are service to whatever client company they hired you out too. Funny thing is if you have issue or concern about the work within the client company they have assigned you to such as forced to do work that is out of the scope of your contract they don't care.

Pros

On a positive note, the company has been going through significant changes, both in management and internal structure. Since Ricoh acquired PFH in 2023, I believe this could bring new opportunities for employees in the future. Hopefully, these changes will help create a more supportive environment and open real paths for career growth and development.

Cons

Hi everyone, I worked at PFH for a few years as a Warehouse Operative, and I believe I have enough experience to speak honestly about my time there. When I joined the company, I was promised career growth and development, but unfortunately, that never really happened. I always worked with integrity, dedication, and respect, but I didn’t feel that was returned. The salary is around €29,000 per year, which is quite below the current market rate. There are no annual pay reviews, and the benefits are very basic. The warehouse culture, especially within the HSE team, could be much better. There’s too much gossip, a lack of teamwork, and some people behave as if they’re in charge when they’re not. It’s very much an each-one-for-themselves environment. I expected to have my work recognised – I didn’t. I expected a fair salary – I didn’t get it. I expected a united team – that doesn’t exist there. I move on with my head held high, proud of my effort and honesty, and hopeful to find a workplace where hard work and respect are truly valued.
