Pros
Leader ship is very helpful and continuously checking in on me to make sure all is well or if I need assistance with something. They provide PTO which is great benefit. They also provide a medical and health benefit program.
Cons
I recently discovered that they match your 401(k) plan up to a percentage, however, if you don’t stay with them for three years you lose the match amount. I guess that’s the same as requiring a vesting period. However why don’t they just do that?
