      Pros

      Great community of caring individuals that you get plugged into and relate to. You get to work with passionate people. Some management is genuinely caring and brilliant.

      Cons

      Salaries are below industry average, I've witnessed varying degrees of fear from lower level employees to fall in line, if your views are not 100% in line then you will not feel totally welcome. I believe there are more efforts needed to be inclusive and genuinely empower a diverse workforce there. Depending on your position there can be little work life balance.

      Your colleagues are passionate, motivated, smart, hardworking, creative, and supportive. Senior leadership leads by example, inspiring and guiding staff to do their best work for a great cause.

      Cons

      Working for a nonprofit will not be highly lucrative, but you will be compensated in so many other valuable ways!
