      Good location and collegues. Walkable distance to mrt. Good salary

      Lacks manpower. I had to do other people’s job without any adjustment to my salary. No kpi, no increments. Long working hours 8am - 6:30pm

      Staffs here are very friendly, no toxic in department

      Cons

      No kpi, no increment no bonus Cut employees' benefit Keep restructuring, no clear direction or plan High staff turnover and no timely replacement Workload from resigned staffs redistributed to existing staff
