It is company with family atmosphere and great team spirit. It is definetely the most professional Ukrainian recruitment agency, where I learned a lot about recruiting, negotiations, business and psychology and I have grown up professionally. It is amazing career opportunity either for fresh comers into recruiting or experienced professionals. Everybody is very friendly and ready to help. If you get sick or go for a vacation, colleagues will treat your project as their own. Compensation is good as for Ukrainian market. It includes salary, bonuses, insurance, lunches. The company management invests a lot into team spirit such as amazing parties, theater visits etc. It is the enviroment, where people work hard and play hard. It is the company of the people, that motivates.
Cons
It is stressful work and long hours in the office. The company has IT problems that makes work less effective, that provokes these long hours. Workload is so big, that you can't cope with it for 8 hours.
