      Very knowledgeable and friendly co-workers. The short time I interned there I had nothing but good experiences.

      Cons

      As all oil & energy companies, there can be times where business is slow. However, PERC services multiple areas in the industry so when one area is slow there is still plenty of work.

      Pros

      One of the best CEOs of a company I've worked with. Not too much politics at work. Area managers have great technical knowledge. They treat us like family. In this current industry downturn (2015-16) the company decided to keep most of its employees by reducing their hours rather than let them all go.

      Cons

      Lack of projects. Current management is more technically proficient than they are a people's person. Consequently the company is a little weak in business development.
