      Fun work environment Great coworkers Good coffee

      Lack of real compensation. They offer benefits, however still only offer $12/50/hr plus tips for baristas who are expected to operate at a high skill level, and have knowledge about coffee processes, varietals, and the science of brewing (including using refractometers to check coffee and calculate extraction.) Preferential treatment of Atlanta headquarters (H2) location

      The actual best co-workers I've ever had, great pay for a service-level job, decent PTO, wonderful community in the shop.

      You generally have to be friends with someone who already works here if you want to get hired

      The people I work with are incredible and my favorite part of the job. Genuinely get to connect with really amazing people.

      Cons

      Senior Management seems to have stopped caring about shops after opening 5 locations. Everyone is burnt out and underpaid from area managers to baristas.
