Regular employees nice to work with. Great customers interested in learning the details about coffee.
Cons
Poor Management and Ownership - Owners care only about how obedient you are as an employee. Even if you do everything you're asked to expect to be thrown under the bus if it makes management look better. Heavy gaslighting in terms of making you feel as though you are never doing enough. Poor Communication Overall Lack of Management Diversity - often felt very much like a boy's club.
