Pros
great place to get project management experience + grow, especially if you're fresh out of school. pep does an awesome job of hiring - your coworkers are a huge perk of working at pep. pep provides a lot of training and has recently focused a lot on diversity initiatives.
Cons
low pay and high expectations. work life balance is talked about, but doesn't happen. in order to climb the ranks, you're expected to work late - which would be fine, but the pay is so low that the high stress isn't worth it.
