Pros

1. Great worklife balance 2. People are great - care about what they do and have fun doing it 3. Solid product 4. My peers were great and my team was amazing 5. I had a lot of trust from my boss and free reign to build and execute what I thought was best

Cons

1. Growth was slower than what I like, but I think that's personal preference. This is definitely not a hyperscaling company, but growth is consistant and sustainable (albiet slow). 2. Lots of complaining among employees, that I think got better with time. Lots of people started their careers here and don't know how lucky they had it. 3. Not necessarily a con, but very much Danish business culture - everyone gets an opinion and you need to acknowledge and hear everyones opinion, even if they have no idea about your domain.

Pros

Most of the colleagues are really nice to work with (I am not talking about management).

Cons

There's absolutely no room for growth here. Promotions and raises aren't based on your work or skills but on who you're friends with. If you're not in the right circle, don't expect to move up. The pay is terrible—way below industry standards—and they don’t seem to care about adjusting it for inflation or market trends. You’re basically stuck with a bad salary and no real financial growth. The work environment is toxic. Office politics run everything, and favoritism is out of control. If you’re not part of the "in crowd," you’ll constantly feel overlooked and unappreciated. It’s also not a great place for women. Leadership is almost entirely male, and there’s little to no effort to make the workplace inclusive. It’s hard to feel like you have a real voice here. Because of all this, people are leaving all the time. Talented employees don’t stick around for long, and honestly, I don’t blame them.
