Pros
The training program here is incredible. You can go from having no experience at all to being one of their best advisors in just a matter of weeks. It only depends on how much effort you’re willing to put into learning the material.
Cons
I’m not a huge fan of people who’d rather complain about how difficult an incredibly easy job is than just put in the work to get better. It’s so easy that every complaint on here just makes me laugh. Like, how lazy do you have to be to not do well in a role like this?
