Pros
Counseling staff are great and very supportive of one another. Make do with limited resources, care about the clients.
Cons
I cannot say the same about leadership. Very disconnected from the realities of the clients and staff who work under them. Shady. Recently pushed out our receptionist who was loved by clients and staff alike. Not a very friendly place for people of marginalized identities, and those who speak up tend to face repercussions (write ups, lack of growth opportunity, jobs being "replaced" just to name a few...)
