Pros
The hours are great and flexible in the role that I am in. The supervisors are accommodating, helpful and listen to your ideas. Company has a great safety culture, the company really wants to get you home to your family at the end of the day. Lots of employee appreciation. Other employees are very helpful. Lots of career opportunities here, any job out there, PECO probably has it.
Cons
Can sometimes be a little overwhelming being new. There is a lot to learn. Supervisors are very busy so sometimes can take a while to have a question answered or to have something done it may take a few reminders. 2 years until you can switch to something different. Very difficult to get in.
