...But most of them have left. The pay isn't very competitive, workloads are unsustainable, and there's too much non-engineering busywork. It's a family-owned company for better and worse. Retention of skilled employees seems to be a foreign concept to upper management. The approach to work is that it's all about how many projects can be churned out in the least amount of time for the lowest fees. You've heard the saying, "you can have speed, low price, or quality. Pick two".
