      None. Absolutely none. Run from this place.

      Cons

      Upper management could care less about employees and demands are extreme. If you are good. You're given more work. If you suck, your accommodated. VP curses and is proud of it. It's disgusting. Promotes work life balance as.long as work is 1st...then you make time for family. And they get mad when you need to take time for yourself or family. You get targeted for putting work 2nd.
