We're a healthcare company and providing comprehensive compensation and benefits are important to us and our culture. Regarding pay, we do monitor the local market and make adjustments as needed for an organization our size. In terms of growth and opportunities for advancement, we actually promoted 65 people in 2017 (total of 225 employees) and 20 people in 2018 to date.
