1. Lack of true leadership 2.Absolutely no training or proper onboarding at all 3. Upper management plays favoritism 4. HR is terrible 5. Upper management and HR will pit employees against each other 6. Very toxic and hostile work environment 7. The company puts up with allowing upper management to harass and belittle their employees 8. They lie 9. They don't see the value in their employees and talk crap about them 10. They don't want to pay their employees what they are worth.
