      Pros

      Some good people to work with. Interesting customer base from all engineering domains

      Cons

      Commissions for sales team have been drastically reduced, whilst KPIs and targets have increased. Micromanagement to no end, huge workload, and all the experienced long term employees are being driven out of the business. Management don’t have a clue and they just make it up as they go along. Too business driven, no consideration for mental health and well being.

      Collaborative co-workers, and as an international company, you have the opportunity to work with people around the world. Great work-life balance and benefits.

      Cons

      There have been a lot of changes over the past two years. Management does try to communicate changes, but there have been some miss steps.
