Culture, culture, and culture. My forewarning to anyone who works on the National Account team is to tread carefully. You will be asked to make differences that will NOT be supported. There are prestigious accounts with exceptional opportunity for spend. However, you are NOT a branch or recruiting manager so you will have no influence on which account/opening is prioritized. regardless, you WILL be held accountable when your delivery on clients' needs are unfulfilled.
