      Pros

      Best part of my job is providing Eyecare to our US military veterans. PDS has the most supportive and motivating leadership team. Full Reimbursement for Continuing Education. Best working schedule.

      They should established more opticals to serve the veterans located a long distance from the VA medical centers.
