      The only pro is that this is a niche business and a person can learn about a new industry.

      Bad Management. No clear career path. Privately owned and do not go by any HR regulations.

      Pros

      Small company, opportunity to be exposed to many different tasks and technologies. Decent benefits, friendly coworkers and welcoming environment. Great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Somewhat disorganized, old technology, low pay (but to be expected from a small company), doesn't seem to have much career growth prospects.
