Pros

The 4-day work week and fully covered insurance are perks.

Cons

The 4-day schedule seems to be the only thing keeping morale afloat, and barely. Many employees are visibly overworked and burning out, and recent changes haven’t helped. Management shortened lunch breaks from an hour to 30 minutes on 9-hour days, while asking staff to "recommit" to working a *minimum* of 36 hours per week. Internal advancement feels out of reach, with external hires consistently prioritized over promoting existing talent. The once-fun, lighthearted culture has noticeably dimmed, and it’s becoming harder to justify the benefits.
