There are no pros at all.

Don't even think of going for the interview. The place looks like an old warehouse. Most of the employees are old and outdated in their views and of course age. You will be expected to work like a slave even on Sundays. The company can only afford to pay peanuts. No perks, just work and work. Most of the employees can't even speak proper English. The workplace culture is so bad and is decades old. You will be treated like machines and the management is always rude for silly issues too.

On time salary (7th of every month),yearly trip to resort, parties after every successful project.

Not good salary increments, lot of politics
