Pros
Management is so blind that you can coast by without doing anything and they will just keep paying you. Eventually they fire most people for silly/unknown reasons - which is a pro because you get to leave!
Cons
Owner and managing partner are delusional and could not care less about you. If you are looking for a great story to tell, work here. You will be surprised how poorly managed a place can be. Turnover is extremely high. Multiple ethical and legal issues brushed under the rug for many years. Sales reps out driving around drunk and stoned. You will be mistreated and abused.
