Leadership and autonomy are always priority number one. No mircro management.

Clients with smaller budgets can be difficult to manage.

They have an air conditioned office.

The culture was bit questionable and tends to not have much PTO and a ton over overworking during the summer. I felt really sorry for the head of production when I was there and how much he was overworked.
